DESCRIPTION

Heavy duty, acoustic & weather resistant threshold plate.

APPLICATION

The IS4220si threshold plate is suitable for outward opening doors to prevent rain, draught, light, & noise penetration.

The high performance silicone rubber compression seal helps resist rain, light, dust & noise infiltration

USE WITH

Used in conjunction with a Lorient Integrity 7000 series perimeter seal to provide a total door sealing solution.

MATERIALS

Extruded and anodized aluminium with high performance silicone compression seal & moulded PVC bedding pads.

SIZES

Standard Lengths            1000mm, 2250mm
Also available in                250mm increments 1000mm to 5000mm.
                                                     Threshold plates can be cut on-site for exact dimensions.
                                                     Order length wider than door opening to provide a neat detail at door bottom.

FINISH

Silver anodized aluminium with grey silicone rubber gasket & vinyl bedding pads.
Bronze anodized aluminium with black silicone rubber gasket & vinyl bedding pads.

FIXING

Appropriate fixing screws & plugs are supplied. Alternatively, can be fastened with builders adhesive for concealed fixing.

APPROVAL/S

AS1530/4 fire tests with proprietary fire door assemblies.
