DESCRIPTION

Medium duty sweep action silicone seals.

APPLICATION

The IS5161Hsi seal is designed with a 90°angle aluminium carrier and is used to prevent ambient / medium temperature smoke, draught and dust penetration on sliding doors.

The IS5176Asi seal is designed with a 45°angle aluminium carrier and is used to prevent ambient / medium temperature smoke, draught and dust penetration around the perimeter of roller and tilt-up doors.

USE WITH

Used in conjunction with a Lorient Integrity 4000 series threshold plate for a complete door sealing solution.

MATERIALS

Extruded and anodized aluminium, with high temperature resistant, flexible silicone fin.

GAP SIZE

Minimum 19mm -  Maximum 25mm

SIZES

25mm silicone fin supplied standard.

(13mm & 19mm fin available on request).

Standard Lengths         1000mm, 2250mm
Also available in             250mm increments 1000mm to 3000mm
                                                 Seals can be cut on-site for exact dimensions.

FINISH

  • Silver anodized aluminium with grey silicone fin.
  • Bronze anodised aluminium with black silicone fin.

FIXING

  • Sweep action seals can be adhered to desired surface prior to screw fixing.  Fixing screws and aggressive backing tape are supplied.

APPROVAL/S

  • Complies with the deemed to satisfy provisions of BCA C3.4 resisting smoke at 200°C for 30 minutes (when fitted to compliant door leaf).

SPECIFICATIONS

Lorient IS5176Asi fitted to the perimeter of the door leaf.

Lorient IS5161Hsi fitted to the door frame / stiles of the door leaf.
