DESCRIPTION

Medium duty meeting stile and door perimeter seal.

APPLICATION

The IS7070si astragal seal is ideally designed to be fitted to plain or rebated meeting stiles of timber double doors or double action doors. Two IS7070si seals are installed onto one door stile, allowing a space for a latch between the seals if required.

KEY FEATURES

Slim-line, aesthetic design.
The aluminium carrier can be cut to accommodate a latch bolt plate (if required), there by maintaining a continuous seal.
Twin-finned high performance silicone seal provides excellent smoke and acoustic properties.
Easy to install rigid cover strip for concealed fixings.
Easily installed without removing the door.
Suitable for use on steel and timber doors.

USE WITH

Used in conjunction with a Lorient Integrity^TM 7000 series perimeter seal, dependent on door type.

MATERIALS

An extruded and anodized aluminium profile combined with a cover strip and a flexible silicone gasket.

GAP SIZE

Minimum 3mm - Maximum 6mm

SIZES

Standard Lengths            2250mm, 3000mm
Also available in               250mm increments from 1000mm to 5000mm.
                                                    Seals can be cut on-site for exact dimensions.

FINISH

Silver anodized aluminium with grey cover strip and grey gasket.
Bronze anodized aluminium with black cover strip and black gasket.

FIXING

Fixing screws are supplied. Fixing holes are pre-drilled. A decorative cover strip is supplied to conceal fixings.

APPROVAL/S

AS1530/4 fire tests with proprietary fire door assemblies (when fitted to door perimeters).
Can be considered deemed to satisfy to BCA specification C3.4 for use with smoke doors (when fitted to compliant door leaf).
Acoustic ratings to AS1191 and AS1276 in conjunction with other Lorient Integrity^TM Seals.
