DESCRIPTION

An automatic door bottom seal for single action doors which is spring loaded to lift clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres.

APPLICATION

A heavy duty automatic door bottom seal for aluminium fabricated doors.

KEY FEATURES

"Flat-back" seal to suit installation to aluminium door rails.
Self-leveling seal on uneven surfaces.
Requires no power connection.
Seal height can be adjusted independently of the fixing screws.
Can be fitted to aluminium doors by door fabricators.
Tested for reliability, completing over 1,000,000 open and close cycles.

USE WITH

Used in conjunction with a Lorient 7000 series perimeter seal and a 4000 series threshold plate to provide an effective door sealing solution.

MATERIALS

An extruded and anodized aluminium profile with flexible silicone gaskets.

GAP SIZE

Minimum 1mm - Maximum 12mm

SIZES

Standard Lengths 610mm, 820mm, 920mm, 1070mm, 1220mm
Seals can be cut on-site to the next size down without affecting operation. (The 610mm may be cut down to 580mm).

FINISH

Silver anodized aluminium with grey silicone rubber compression gaskets.

FIXING

This seal is screw fixed within the bottom rail of an aluminium door leaf.
Fixing screws are supplied, fixing holes are pre-drilled.
Detailed fixing instructions are supplied with each unit.

APPROVAL/S

Independent tests have been conducted demonstrating over 1,000,000 open and close cycles without significant wear
