LDBU Door Bottom & Intumescent Fire Seal

This retro-fit seal is used to upgrade fire door assemblies that have a door bottom clearance that exceeds the 10mm specified in AS1905.1

Incorporates a waterproof high performance intumescent strip and silicone rubber gasket.

Standard lengths
820mm, 920mm, 1070mm and 1220mm.

Gap sizes
11mm - 24mm*.

Fixing method
Screw fixed to door bottom.

Finishes
Silver anodised aluminium with grey gasket.

Approvals
Fire: Tested in accordance with AS1530.4 on proprietary AS1905.1 fire door assemblies for up to 4 hour rating.
